REVISED BOOKING PROCEDURE
Following the recent Government announcement we are in Tier 2.
We look forward to welcoming you from Tier 1 & 2 from Wednesday 2nd December onwards.
Obviously the situation remains very uncertain and given that government advice may change we are currently only accepting provisional bookings which will secure your dates but we will not be taking any payment from you at this initial stage.
Please go the BOOKINGS page of this site and click on the calendar to check for availability.
DO NOT PROCEED WITH YOUR BOOKING VIA THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM but please email us directly with your chosen dates and we will email you with details of your provisional booking confirming that those dates have been reserved for you.
One week prior to your arrival date we will contact you, and assuming Government Guidance allows us to welcome guests and you are happy to go ahead with your booking we will then request full payment.
In the event that circumstances change and it is not possible to proceed with your booking after payment has been made we will give you a full refund or discuss alternative dates with you.
SAFE STAY ARRANGEMENTS
The Shepherds Hut is perfectly suited to social distancing and self isolation as there is only the 1 Hut set in a very private and secluded spot where you will be left undisturbed.
On arrival we will welcome you from a safe distance and keep the usual 'meet and greet' to a minimum. We will leave you with full instructions inside the Hut on how to operate appliances etc and the Hot Tub.
During your stay we will be available by phone/ text/ email if you need any advice or help.
And on departure you will be asked to leave the key in the door on the Hut with no need to make contact with us.
A very thorough and deep clean will be carried out between bookings in line with the following advice
