Toast & Marmalade
This year's seville oranges are in the shops and I have been busy turning them into Scottish Marmalade - though only really Scottish because of my birthright and the provenance of the recipe - thanks Mum! To add authenticity, I did consider using Strathmore but decided that was perhaps a little excessive...... Mr Day thinks it's delicious but come and judge for yourself. A jar will be provided for your toast when you come and spend the night. Yum yum
