Cider Country

Just back from a mega 10K yomp to Burrow Hill and back (D of E training regime for son No.1!) which I highly recommend. Sneaked round the back of Barrington Court NT, across the fields, up through endless cider orchards, short climb to the top of this mystical little hill and we were rewarded with the most enormous views of Somerset - fab! Time it right and you could do a spot of cider tasting and shopping at Somerset Cider Brandy, picnic lunch at the top of the hill and then weave your way home - perfect way to spend the day!
