Spring is springing

Snowdrop season has arrived in Somerset and the nearby Forde Abbey is opening its gates this weekend for you to admire their stunning display. Alternatively, a brisk 15 min walk from the steps of the hut takes you to my latest discovery, a woodland that is currently completely carpeted in snowdrops. Come and stay and then you can go and see this for yourself - a very uplifting sight at this grey, soggy time of year.
